7-day easy returns and exchanges.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The jersey must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags intact.
How to Request
Email returns@offsideorigins.com with your order ID and reason. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup within 48 hours.
Refunds
Once the returned item passes our quality check, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are free for the first request. Subsequent exchanges may incur a shipping charge.
Non-Returnable
Customised or name-printed jerseys, and items marked "Final Sale", are not eligible for return.
